Training

 Classes are offered on various days each week from 6:00-7:00pm (see monthly training schedule below). Classes are set up to allows the owners to come according to their schedule.  There is no chronological order to the classes as you will be instructed according to the number of classes that you have attended.  A dog’s learning curve and an owner’s schedule can be extremely variable, so feel free to set your class schedule to fit both you and your dog. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session to check in.  

This is our introductory class. During this hour, you will discuss what your goals are for your dog, and we will introduce our training techniques. We will also begin working on some basic obedience. This must be completed before coming to our Learner's Course.

During these four classes, your dog will learn the basics such as the sit command, walking nicely on leash, and listening when distractions are present. With five to six dogs in a random class, we could have dogs at four different stages in the class.  We recommend that you study the dogs that are working on any training ahead of you and offer advice and assistance to those that are in a training level lower than you.
